Surroundings

The green heart of Brabant has a lot to offer. Forests and lakes , interspersed with rolling moors and a large game file, make this part of Brabant to an unprecedented piece of scenery.

At the edge of the Oisterwijk forests and fens 'and' Kampina, two nature reserves managed by the Preservation of Nature, is the quaint town of Oisterwijk. Full of life and used to being hospitable.

Its colorful history, beautiful, peaceful surroundings and central location make Oisterwijk an ideal holiday resort.

Oisterwijk, Pearl in the Green , has its own outdoor theater, terraces , a wide choice of dining (from upscale restaurants to fine eating house ), the old lime tree and the vrijheidseik . In the town there are also several art galleries, exclusive boutiques and shops.

The tourist office is housed in the cultural center 'De Tiliander ' the Spoorlaan. There are an indoor and an outdoor swimming pool with playground ( Staalbergven), an equestrian center, climbing wall and gym with sauna, numerous hiking and biking trails and the possibility of canoeing. Not far from our park you will find a completely new wellness center with, inter alia, various saunas and a large swimming pond.

By car you are within 20-30 minutes at Efteling, Safari Park and Playland Beekse Bergen, Autotron or the cities of Tilburg, Den Bosch, Eindhoven and Breda .

In the area between Den Bosch, Tilburg and Eindhoven have been developed in recent years, the Green Forest. Here's many former rural transformed into nature so that a series arose from fragmented nature reserves into one of the larger natural and cultural landscapes of the Netherlands.
